well the fall sports season is over...barring girls cross country going to state in which case, i may be in columbus.

but tonight was the last friday night football game. it was pretty emotional in the end as senior nights always are.

for the second year in a row the last it rained on the last game. this time it wasnt as bad, nor as cold. oh well.

this has been my third 3 of doing this picture thing for the football team, and by far this has been the best year. thanks to the players and coaches for putting up with my camera in their faces all year long.

i notice one thing about tonight after the loss to woodridge. waterloo has class. if its one thing they can take away from sports is how to be winners, even when you lose. i was so proud of the team this year for all that they accomplished and how far they have come over the 3 years. often times under-sized they played with heart. they showed class in winning and in losing. this is something that they are gonna be able to take with them long after high school- long after friday nights. so cheers to the waterloo vikings for this past season. i look forward to putting the DVD together---i know it will be the best one yet.
